NVIDIA Announces The Maxed Out GP102-Based Quadro P6000

Well at SIGGRAPH 2016 NVIDIA has just announced the new Quadro P6000 as well as the P5000. The Quadro P6000 is based on the same GP102 silicon as the Titan X, but the P6000 maxes out all resources on the chip. The P5000 on the other hard is based off the GP104 silicon.

AMD Announces the Radeon Pro SSG

AMD today announced it is developing a new Radeon Pro solution for large dataset applications, which will be available initially as a developer kit. Starting at a full terabyte of Radeon Solid State Graphics (SSG), this innovative Radeon Pro technology will provide more than an order of magnitude greater memory capacity compared to existing GPU memory implementations, enabling vastly higher performance.

NVIDIA To Move Up Volta Launch To May 2017

NVIDIA's product development cycle is really moving fast. Just last week they surprised announced the GeForce GTX Titan X Pascal graphics card, which will launch officially August 2nd. Reports are now that the company plans to accelerate its next-generation "Volta" architecture. While it was originally scheduled to make its debut in 2018, it could launch in May of 2017 along the sidelines of GTC.

Nintendo Shows Off NES Classic at Comic-Con

Nintendo announced the NES Classic console not that long ago and they had it on display this week at the San Diego Comic-Con. For those who don't know the NES Classic is a mini version of the original NES console with 30 games pre-loaded and of course you will be able to play these games on your TV in HD! This is the first time the mini-console has been shown and sitting next to the original console we can see just how small it is.

NVIDIA Drops The Brand New Pascal-Powered Titan X!

NVIDIA has just dropped their new consumer flagship single-chip graphics card, the new GeForce GTX Titan X. It seems that NVIDIA is keeping the same naming scheme, not naming card the Titan P or something like that. Last night at an artificial intelligence meet-up at Stanford University, NVIDIA CEO Jen-Hsun announced and then proceeded to give away a few of these new Pascal-based Titan X GPUs.
