Fractal Design Pop Air RGB Case Review

Installation

Installation should be pretty straight-forward in this case. This first thing we are going to is install our motherboard. It goes in quite easily and unlike some other value cases it is not a tight fit at all.

For storage we are installing a single solid state drive. We opted to use the SSD bracket, so we just remove it from the case, mount our drive on it, and re-install it.

Your power supply will slide in from the backside of the case, remember that you want the fan facing down.

Our graphics card went it without any issues. We use a smaller graphics card for our case reviews, but with room for cards up to 405 mm we really wouldn’t have ran into any issues with a longer card.

Now it is time to wire everything up and we’ll be good to go. The two included Velcro ties really help keep all of our cables in check and we made use of the tie-downs and included zip ties. It is also easy enough to daisy-chain the fans power and RGB connections together and connect them to your motherboard. With all of our cables connected and routed we have an extremely clean main side of the case.
