New 3DMark Time Spy Benchmark With Raytracing To Be Launched

UL has just revealed that they will be releasing a new version of their 3DMark Time Spy high performance benchmark that will support raytracing. With NVIDIA’s new RTX 20 series graphics cards bringing raytracing to the mainstream you can expect updates like this not only to benchmarks, but games.

This new version of the benchmark will be released around the launch of Microsoft’s next version of Windows 10, codenamed Redstone 5. This will be after NVIDIA’s September 20th launch of their RTX 20 series graphics cards, so hopefully editors will be able to get their hands on the new benchmark before that.
