NVIDIA’s upcoming GeForce RTX 2080 Super graphics card has shown up in the Final Fantasy XV benchmark database, where the card was compared against other cards at 2560 x 1440 resolution using high quality settings. The card posted a score of 8736 points, whereas the normal (non-Super) version of the card scored 8071 points at the same settings.
This gives the RTX 2080 Super about 8% better performance, which is expected as the memory on the card has been upgraded from 14 Gbps to 15.5 Gbps and the CUDA core count has been increased from 2944 cores to 3072. This puts the RTX 2080 Super only 105 points behind the Titan V graphics card in this test.
