NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Heatsink Allegedly Pictured

Pictures have hit the web of what is alleged to be the Founders Edition cooling heatsink for NVIDIA’s upcoming RTX 4090 “Ada Lovelace” graphics card. These pictures confirm that NVIDIA will be using an almost identical cooling solution to what they used on their latest RTX 3090 Ti graphics card. It does appear that the base where it makes contact with the GPU and memory has been upgraded.

If these photos are indeed real NVIDIA would be using the same dual-axial fan design, which has two fans that point in different directions. The heatsink also appears to have more fins than what is seen on the RTX 3090 Ti heatsink.

The frames of the cooler were also shared, although the quality of these photos are pretty bad. That is why with all leaks and reports like these you should take them with a grain of salt.

According to the latest rumors NVIDIA’s RTX 40 series is expected in mid-July. The GPU powering the RTX 4090 would have 16128 CUDA cores, 21 Gbps GDDR6X memory and a 450W TDP.
