Redesigned 14-Inch MacBook Pro Will Feature Brighter Mini-LED Display

An article by DigiTimes states that Apple will release its new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models featuring Mini-LED-backlit displays in Q2 2021. The report also states that Radiant Opto-Electronics will supply Mini-LED backlight units, and Quanta Computer will take care of the final assembly.

The report’s content matches up with the information provided by a famous Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo.

Mark Gurman from Bloomberg has also confirmed many of the rumors, and he initially reported the return of the SD card reader in MacBook Pros.

Back in 2019, the 16-inch MacBook Pro replaced the 15-inch MacBook Pro; the same will happen with the Intel-based 13-inch MacBook Pro as it will be replaced by a 14-inch MacBook Pro.

If all the rumors are true, the arrival of redesigned MacBook Pro powered by Apple silicon will definitely give the fans an adrenaline rush.

The release date for the redesigned Macbook Pros is still a mystery. Apple might announce the new models during WWDC in June with pre-orders starting in July.
