Samsung 870 EVO Solid State Drive Review

Samsung has definitely been a leader in the solid state drive space. I often recommend a Samsung drive when a friend is building a new PC and asking me what drives to get. Today we are checking out Samsung’s new 870 EVO, which effectively replaces their extremely popular 860 EVO so it definitely has a lot to live up to. The drive features Samsung’s own MKX controller as well as 128-Layer V-NAND TLC flash. Samsung will be offering this drive in capacities up to 4TB so let’s take a look!

Special thanks to Samsung for providing us with the 870 EVO Solid State Drive to review.
