You Can Now Get AMD Ryzen 7 7700X At Just $299

AMD has a great deal on its 8-core Zen4 Ryzen CPUs just weeks before the release of a more powerful 8-core CPU. Today, AMD’s partners reduced the cost of their Ryzen 7 7700X. Newegg and Amazon both offer Ryzen 7 7700X for the same price of $298.99.

Newegg needs you to enter the promo code “BDNW25” at checkout, whereas Amazon offers a $40 discount that applies solely to this CPU. Each offer includes a complimentary copy of STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor.

This indicates that retail partners have effectively reduced the price of this CPU by $100. This is the lowest rate for this CPU since it was first made available. This pricing matches the initial MSRP of the Ryzen 5 7600X; however, this 6-core processor is now also less expensive.

It is unknown how long this promotion will last, but on February 28th, AMD will release its first Ryzen 7000X3D processors. On April 6th, the updated Ryzen 7 model with 3D V-Cache will be released. This suggests that the Zen4 CPU with eight cores and no cache is now $150 less expensive than the forthcoming X3D model.
