Microsoft Announces Windows 10

Microsoft has officially announced their next version of Windows and they are calling it Windows 10, not Windows 9 like we all thought. Microsoft says that Windows 10 represents the first step of a whole new generation of Windows. Windows 10 will run on a multitude of different devices and be a single platform and have a single application store. Microsoft says Windows 10 is their most comprehensive platform, ever.

Reference GTX 980 with AIO Cooling Spotted

Don't get your hopes up NVIDIA is not coming out with an AIO cooling version of their GeForce GTX 980 graphics card. Japanese system builder Sycom decided to take matters into their own hands and have cut a corner out of the shroud on a reference GeForce GTX 980, removed the heatsink and replaced it with the Asetek 740GN water cooling unit.

G.Skill Ripjaws4 DDR4-2400 16GB Memory Kit Review

Recently we took a look at our first DDR4 memory kit, which was from Crucial. It was their JEDEC kit so it had no XMP profile and runs at the stock 2133 MHz as well as no fancy heatspreaders. Well the kit we are taking a look at today is much different. It has a nice set of heatspreaders and runs at 2400 MHz with timings of 15-15-15-25 at 1.2V.
