NVIDIA Announces The World’s Most Powerful Professional GPU

NVIDIA has just announced what is being touted as the world's most advanced GPU for professionals - the Quadro GV100. This card is based on NVIDIA's Volta architecture and packs in 5120 CUDA cores. The GV100 is made for many different workloads from machine learning to HPC, it is actually the only professional graphics card capable of processing workloads around the new RTX raytracing suite. That by itself should make the card sell quickly.

In Win 305 Case Review

Last year we took a look at In Win's 301 chassis, which was one of the most elegant micro ATX / mini-ITX chassis we've ever seen. In Win had the 303 for a while, which was the ATX version of the chassis, but they new have a newer 305, which is still an ATX chassis, which a few changes from the previous 303. This case is a combination of tempered glass and SECC steel with a splash of brushed aluminum on the front panel. In Win puts together these elements in such an elegant way that this case really has that modern look. You can pack some pretty beefy hardware inside this case with graphics card support up to 350 mm and 360 mm radiator support. Let's jump in and see if this case can wow us like the 301 did.

Canard PC’s AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Review is Out!

The latest issue of Canard PC Hardware includes a pretty detailed review of AMD's Ryzen 7 2700X processor. Reddit user JustFinishedBSG was nice enough to take photos of the review in the magazine and upload it to Reddit. First looking at synthetic benchmarks the Ryzen 7 2700X is at the top of the chart beating out the previous generation flagship Ryzen 7 1800X by 14% and Intel's Core i7-8700K by 15%.

MSI India Calls Radeon GPUs “Sub Par”

We talked about NVIDIA's GeForce Partner Program earlier this month and how it could be very anti-competitive. Well it looks like we are starting to see the effects. On the MSI Gaming official Facebook page for India stated that "Nvidia currently are ahead in the GPU experience", suggesting the competition (from AMD) is sub-par.

The Ryzen 7 2800X Will Not Be Part Of First 2000-Series Wave

AMD will be launching their first wave of 12nm Ryzen 2000-series "Pinnacle Ridge" processors in April, with likely availability on the 19th. From all of the leaks that we've seen it is very clear that the Ryzen 7 2700X will be the flagship processor, at least at first. The 2800X will not be part of the first wave of 2000-series processors, which is made up of four processors to start.
