6nm AMD Navi 24 GPU Pictured

It looks like AMD’s first GPU built on the N6 (6nm) silicon fabrication process is not some flagship chip that will be used in the RX 7000 series, but rather the smallest chip from the Navi 2x GPU family, codenamed Navi 24. This chip is based on the same RDNA2 graphics architecture as t he rest of the RX 6000 series. It will feature 1024 stream processors across 16 compute units with a reported 4GB memory across a 64-bit wide memory bus on the upcoming RX 6500 XT.

Renders of the upcoming Radeon RX 6500 XT and RX 6400 (both based off Navi 24) has been obtained by VideoCardz. The RX 6500 XT is a 2-slot card with a full height design and single large fan. The RX 6400 is a half-height, single slot card with a similar single fan (much smaller). Both cards appear to have a single DisplayPort and HDMI port.
