We’ve been hearing so many different rumors on what exactly AMD has planned for their upcoming flagship GPU series (big Navi). Well an interesting photo just popped up on Twitter which finds its origins from SK Hynix where an unknown GPU is listed. However in the reference test we see “5959 XT” as well as D32310/15, which was spotted on an RRA entry last week.
According to these specifications the card features 80 compute units, 5120 stream processors, 320 TMUs, and 96 ROPs. These specifications put it at double of what Navi 10 has. We also see that you are going to get 24 GB of HBM2e memory at 2048 GB/s.
The weird thing about this image is that why is SK Hynix, who makes memory, listing GPU specifications? Could this be a detail sheet to show that their HBM2e memory will be used in the product?
