EVGA is working on their premium custom-designed GeForce GTX 1080 Ti graphics card, which will be the EVGA GTX 1080 Ti FTW3. It will feature the largest VGA air-cooling solution ever deployed by the company. This will be a new larger variant of the iCX cooler that was introduced with the GTX 1080 FTW2.
The cooling solution is made up of 100 mm fans which are suspended in an industrial-looking frame shroud, which has the an illuminated “EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti” logo on it as well as a smaller illuminated “FTW3” logo. The card will get power from dual 8-pin PCI-Express power connectors. With iCX cooling you’ll actually have 9 different temperature sensors located throughout the card, asynchronous fan-control, and much more.
