As we pointed out last week NVIDIA is planning on releasing their GeForce GTX 750 Ti February. What it interesting about this launch is that this will be the first card based on the “Maxwell” GPU micro-architecture. It looks like the first performance benchmarks have been leaked by Coolaler.com.
We originally thought the positioning of the card was going to be between the GeForce GTX 660 and the current GeForce GTX 760. Looking at the numbers the GeForce GTX 750 Ti is about 10 to 15 percent slower than the GTX 660. This would put the performance of the GeForce GTX 750 Ti somewhere between the GTX 650 Ti Boost and the GTX 660.
Keep in mind though that the testing are using very early drivers. Performance of the GeForce GTX 750 Ti should get clearing as we get closer to the launch of the card.
