We now have a new Geekbench listing that shows Intel’s Core i7-1165G7 4-core Tiger Lake chip beating the 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 4700U Renoir chip. Read on!

The new Geekbench listings show the next-generation chipsets in Lenovo machines. Intel’s Core i7-1165G7 sporting 4 cores and 8 threads is shown to beat the Ryzen 7 4700U (Renoir) APU with 8 cores. While the two chipsets hover around the same figure in multi-core figures, but single-core performance is where Intel takes the lead. Check the benchmarks, below:
