A Look Inside
Opening up the side of the case the first thing that I did notice was that each side panel has thick sound dampening material on it. After the side panel is out of the way we can take a look inside. Nanoxia has kept the all black look of the case as we have a black interior.
At the front of the case you have your three 5.25-inch drive bays. Nanoxia is using a tool-less system here which actually works pretty well.
Moving down you have three hard drive cages where you can fit a total of 8 hard drives (2x top, 3x middle, 3x bottom). Hard drives will be installed in the removable trays. Each of the trays support both 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch hard drives. Each of the hard drive cages can be completely removed from the case. If you have longer video cards or want to install a radiator at the front of the case you can take out the hard drive cages and move them over as there is another hard drive cage mounting there.
There are 4 rubber feet that will lift your power supply off the bottom of the case for better airflow. The entire bottom of the case has a honeycomb design. There is sound dampening material on the power supply mounting. Towards the top of the case you have the 140mm exhaust fan. At the top of the case you can install two 120/140mm fans. You can also fit a 240mm radiator up there.
There is a CPU cutout on the motherboard tray that will allow you to install an aftermarket CPU cooler without having to take your motherboard out of the case. As far as cable routing holes there are 7 and they all have rubber inserts installed. There is also a hole towards the top of the case to route your CPU power cable.
Taking the opposite side panel off of the case it also has the heavy sound dampening material installed. With the side panel removed we can really see how the case is designed. There a little over 5/8th’s of an inch of space behind the motherboard tray. I would have liked to seen a little more considering how wide this case is. Also inside you will find a very detailed installation guide, all of your mounting hardware, cable ties, CPU power extension cable, 3.5-inch bay cover adapter and rubber covers for the watercooling holes.
