It looks like NVIDIA has shared embargo information for their upcoming GeForce RTX 4070 (non-Ti) graphics card with board partners. While no exact date has been provided NVIDIA did say that the launch should happen sometime in April. All of the embargo information is TBD, but the hard launch is said to be happening in April.
Keep in mind that early embargo information changes quite frequently and can even be cancelled.
Talking more about specifications and different SKUs, we actually have three different SKUs as listed by hardware leaker Kopite7kimi.

The card is expected to have 5888 CUDA cores and 12 GB of GDDR6X memory. So basically you’ll have a cut-down version of the RTX 4070 Ti with a lower TDP (200W). Earlier leaks did show that NVIDIA wanted to start mass production of the card this month, so the April launch time seems to be right.
