A game-inspired Hellhound design
The Resonance Edition replaces the standard Hellhound backplate artwork with imagery inspired by Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy. Sophia and the game’s setting appear in weathered gold tones, giving the card a distinctive appearance for showcase PC builds.
PowerColor has also changed the card’s lighting to an amber color intended to match the game’s visual style. A dual-stage switch provides control over the lighting configuration, while the rest of the exterior retains the Hellhound family’s 2.5-slot triple-fan layout.

Underneath the custom finish, the card uses the same core platform as a performance-oriented Radeon RX 9070 XT. It is built on AMD’s RDNA 4 architecture with 64 Compute Units and 16 GB of GDDR6 running at 20.0 Gbps across a 256-bit memory bus.

Cooling and power delivery
The Hellhound cooler uses three reverse-rotation fans with Japanese dual ball bearings. A large direct-contact copper plate covers the GPU and memory, while Honeywell PTM7950 phase-change material is used to transfer heat to the cooling assembly.
The Intelligent Fan Controller stops the fans below 50°C, allowing silent operation during idle and light workloads. Power delivery is handled by a 10+1-phase design on a 12-layer high-conductivity PCB, supporting the card’s factory overclock and sustained gaming loads.
Game and accessory bundle
Every Resonance Edition includes a full game code for Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, allowing buyers to play the title when it becomes available. The code can be redeemed until August 26, 2027. PowerColor also includes a themed gaming mousepad featuring artwork based on the game.
