Thermalright has released the AXP-90 full copper top-flow CPU cooler which is made for low-profile builds. It is a smaller sibling to the AXP-100 Full Copper and of course a variant of the original aluminum-based AXP-90. The cooler features a dense fin stack (made of copper of course) and four 6 mm thick copper heatpipes.
On top of the heatsink is a 15 mm thick 92 mm TL-9015R. This fan spins at up to 2700 RPM, pushing up to 42.58 CFM of air, with as low as 22.4 dBA of noise output. The fan takes a 4-pin PWM input. The official dimensions of the cooler are 97 mm x 92 mm x 47 mm (WxDxH) and it weighs in at 490 g. Thermalright will be offering two variants of this cooler based on what type of socket you’ll be installing it on. You have the AXP-90 Full Copper LGA115X, and AXP-90 Full Copper AM4.
