Tt eSPORTS Poseidon Z Gaming Keyboard Overview
The Poseidon Z actually follows the same proven design that we have saw on their original Poseidon keyboard. This is a very minimalistic design so you have no wrist rest, no macro keys or other extra keys either. What you have is a normal keyboard with a number pad.
Taking a closer look at the keys each of them have a curved in shape where your finger will rest. The letters and numbers on the keys are of course clear to show the illumination when you have the keyboard plugged in.
The top section of the keyboard holds your F-keys, but a few of them have alternatives for multimedia keys. So if you hold down the function key you have back, play / pause, forward, stop, mute, volume down, and volume up.
Moving over a bit we can see that the F11 and F12 keys are used for turning the brightness of the illumination up and down. You do have a full-size number pad that even has arrow keys that can be used for gaming. There is a large button at the top edge of the keyboard, this is the Windows lock key button. It will disable the Windows key on the keyboard so you don’t accidentally hit it when gaming.
Looking at the keyboard from the side we can see that the first three rows of keys are angled up towards you, the center row is completely flat and the last two rows are down towards you. This should make typing and gaming very comfortable. The keyboard also offers height adjustment that will put the keys on even more of an angle.
Flipping the keyboard over there are five rubber feet that should keep the keyboard in place even during the most insane gaming sessions. Also there is channel to help you route the USB cable. For those wondering the USB connection is not gold plated.
