Acer Releases Nitro XV252QF Gaming Monitor With Insanely Fast 390Hz Refresh Rate

Acer has quietly released the world’s fastest gaming monitor with a 390Hz refresh rate, the Nitro XV252QF. The reason behind the quiet release is unknown, yet these types of things never go unnoticed.

Some monitors like ASUS ASUS ROG Swift PG259QN offer an awesome refresh rate of 360 Hz, but Acer has just taken it a step further. Most probably, the monitor is based on the same panel as the 360 Hz monitor but has been overclocked to 390Hz.

Acer’s product page only reveals that the Nitro XV252QF is based on an In-Plane Switching screen. It also supports FreeSync when paired with a Radeon graphics card.

Inet, a Swedish retailer, is accepting pre-orders for 5,490 Swedish Krona, which is almost $655. The pre-order prices may vary from region to region.

The listing also mentioned the specs. As per the listing, the monitor has a 1080p resolution, and the name itself suggests that the monitor has a 25-inch panel. The brightness is rated at 400 nits, and the listing indicates that it will soon get the VESA’s DisplayHDR 400 certification.

Despite the refresh rate, the price tag of $600+ is quite high for a 25-inch monitor.
