Alleged Intel i9-14900KS Processor Pictured

A new picture has surface online of what appears to be the unreleased Intel Core i9-14900KS processor. This picture was found by HXL on twitter who apparently saw it on the Chinese QQ chat platform. With CES 2024 a week away it sort of makes sense to see this processor in the wild. Last year Intel announced the Core i9-13900KS at CES, so one would assume they would be doing with the 14th Gen.

When the Core i9-13900KS was announced it was touted as the world’s first 6 GHz processor. The current Core i9-14900K can boost up to this speed so it is rumored that the Core i9-14900KS will boost up to 6.2 GHz. The KS model would be highly binned so we could easily see it hit those numbers or at least do a 6 GHz all-core boost for the P-cores.

Do you think Intel will be announced this new KS model at CES? And will it be powerful enough to beat AMD’s $350 Ryzen 7 7800X3D at gaming? We’ll let you know next week as we’ll be at CES 2024!
