AMD Big Navi Radeon RX 6900 XT could have 16 GB VRAM, Radeon RX 6000 12 GB VRAM

AMD is all set to unveil its next generation of GPUs. These cards are expected to have a significant improvement in performance over the last generation. The competition is tough, and it looks like AMD is planning on giving more VRAM in comparison to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3000 series cards, to begin with.

The leak comes from Rogame, who has confirmed the memory configuration for multiple Navi 2X GPUs. These include Navi 21 and Navi 22 cards. Take a look:

The Navi 21 cards are based on Big Navi and will be the flagships, while the Navi 22 series will be the high-performance lineup. Navi 21 Radeon RX 6900 XT could have 16 GB VRAM, and the Navi 22 Radeon RX 6000 could have 12 GB VRAM.

The Navi 21 card is expected to be the top of the line Radeon RX 6900 XT GPU and is likely to have a 256-bit memory bus. The Navi 22 GPU is likely to have a 192-but bus for the 12 GB of VRAM. This GPU is expected to power the successor cards to RX 5700 XT.
