The hype is definitely real! After announcing their Ryzen processors the AMD Ryzen 7 1800X, and Ryzen 7 1700X have become the number 1 and number 2 best-selling CPUs on Amazon, within hours! It it looks like many retailers are selling out of their first batches of pre-orders!
The Ryzen 7 1800X is completely unavailable on Amazon currently, with no word on when they will have new stock in. Newegg is also sold out of the 1800X as well. The Ryzen 7 1700X and 1700 are still in stock, but that stock will be diminishing soon!
For all of those who have a Fry’s in their area they have said that all of their Ryzen processors are now out of stock.
If you haven’t pre-ordered a Ryzen CPU it might be hard to get your hands on one in the coming weeks.
