ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 AMD 880G Motherboard Review

Installation
The only case I had free to install the M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 Motherboard in was the Thermaltake Armor A90.  So the first thing I had to do was to uninstall the other motherboard, and then I made sure all the cables where routed and hidden in the case . After this was done I installed the motherboard into the case.

Next I installed the memory. The top latches for the memory are right on the edge of the board so if you’re installing this motherboard in a tight fit case you might have some problems. This time around we have a bigger case so we have a little bit more room around the top to make sure the memory is fully seated.

Now after getting the memory in I ran the SATA cables and plugged in all the power connectors for the ASUS motherboard. l also made sure all the cables where plugged into the hard drives.

After all that was completed I installed my ATI 5970. I didn’t have any issues installing the graphics card at all. This time around it was a tight fit into the Armor A90 but it does fit.
