Corsair iCUE LT100 Smart Lighting Towers Review

Corsair iCUE LT100 Smart Lighting Towers Overview

We received the Starter Kit of Corsair’s iCUE LT100 Smart Lighting Towers. This kit comes with two towers and everything you need to get them all connected and up and running. The towers are made of two main parts, a base and a tower section. When you get them they will not be connected. Taking a look at the base it is pretty solid. At the top of each base is a connection point for each tower. Towards the bottom of the base is a diffused section which will feature RGB lighting. There is also a small Corsair logo on the front of each base. Flipping the base over we have a rubberized bottom.

There is one main control tower, which will have most of your connections. This is the one with the button on the top as well. It will have a power connection, proprietary Corsair RGB connection, and a microUSB connection. I was actually disappointed to see microUSB instead of USB-C here. Then you have your normal towers which just have the proprietary Corsair RGB connection on them. While the starter kit comes with two RGB towers you can connect a total of 4 towers with Corsair’s expansion kits.

On the bottom of each tower you have connections for the RGB LED’s and two pegs. These line up with the connections on the top of each base. This makes them easy to install, you basically just plug them in to each base. The towers themselves are black on one side (the one that faces you) and then you have a white diffuser on the other side. For those wondering the total height of each tower is 422 mm (16.61-inches).
