If you can believe it, it has been six and a half years since Grand Theft Auto V came out. It was and still is a great game and with Grand Theft Auto Online it has extended the life of the game. If you haven’t played through it, it is definitely worth checking out. Since it has been so long since the game came out GTA fans have been wanting the next installment of the game. Back in July we heard that GTA VI was in development, but we haven’t heard much since.
Well an interesting development has happened. The domain GTAVI dot com was registered all the way back in 2006 by Take-Two Interactive. For the longest time this domain would take you to Rockstar Games, but now it does not. Looking at the WHOIS info on the domain this change was made on 3-23-20.
Now you can take this with a grain of salt, but why would they change the DNS? Could they be preparing to launch a GTA Vi website to announce the game? Most of us hope that is the case, but we’ll just have to see.
