ZOTAC has published all technical specifications for their upcoming GeForce RTX 5090 custom models. It appears as if they are the first NVIDIA partner to publish these details, which leads us to believe that NVIDIA has given the finalized specifications of these cards to AIBs. The cards listed include their RTX 5090 SOLID, RTX 5090 SOLID OC, and RTX 5090 AMP Extreme INFINITY.
Looking at the cards the SOLID card will have a clock speed of 2407 MHz, while the SOLID OC will have a clock speed of 2422 MHz, and finally the AMP Extreme INFINITY has a clock speed of 2467 MHz. Considering the AMP Extreme INFINITY it typically the flagship card from ZOTAC we can expect other high-end cards to be clocked around the same. When it comes to memory each card has 32GB of GDDR7 running at 28 Gbps.
Another interesting thing to see is while the SOLID and SOLID OC have TDP of 575W, the AMP Extreme INFINITY has a TDP of 600W. This makes it the first known GeForce graphics card to ship with such a high TDP. It is unclear if this is the default TDP or a TDP enabled through a performance mode in the dual-BIOS.
The GeForce RTX 5090 will launch on January 30th 2025 with the MSRP being $1999. We can expect these models to be priced higher.
