GTA 6 Allegedly Teased In Red Dead Redemption 2

Several GTA 6 leaks have been circulating for a while now, including its alleged return to Vice City, but none of them have been discovered yet. Now, a teaser related to GTA 6’s and its return to Miami has been discovered in Red Dead Redemption 2.

Earlier this week, Youtuber StrangeMan discovered a GTA 6 teaser, at a point of interest in the game Near the Sea of Coronado. A skeleton of a Jesuit Missionary called “Brother Rodolfo” can be spotted at the location along with a rather interesting letter he brought. It is stated in the letter that God summoned Rodolfo to the east by God; however, the writer, Cardinal Blanco, begs him to stay in California and not leave the mission.

The Youtuber thinks of it as a dispute between the Rockstar team where the Cardinal Blanco represents the writer while the creative Sam Houser is represented by Brother Rodolfo. The mention of staying in California rather than heading east is a hint to keep working on GTA V instead of GTA 6. Moreover, the creator believes that the letter indirectly hints TakeTwo Interactive’s view of the GTA franchise and disagreements between Rockstar and the publisher.

The Rockstar Writer aka Cardinal Blanco mentions that there will be pros and cons with either moving to GTA 6 or working on GTA V but wants his brother to stick to GTA5 for a while before they move on. The interesting news is that the Youtuber did not discuss the lines “Please stay in California until I arrive next March.” This might mean that the team will rethink their decision to move forward with GTA 6, or it could simply be a red herring.

Although the letter portrays a variety of meanings, it is good to see the discussion about GTA 6 and the possible debate of sticking to GTA V.
