HyperX Fury RGB DDR4 Overview
As I mentioned earlier we received a 16GB kit of the HyperX Fury DDR4 modules so we have two modules. The modules themselves feature a black PCB with a matching black heatspreader. The heatspreader has a large HyperX logo on the left, a smaller Fury logo on the right, and an even small DDR4 logo towards the top right. Overall I think that these modules look great!
Flipping the modules over to the back we do not have any logos or anything, just a sticker on each module that tells us the serial number and which kit we have. As a reminder we have the HX432C16FB3AK2/16 kit which is a 16GB (2x8GB) kit running at 3200 MHz with timings of 16-18-18 at 1.35V.
At the top of each module there is an RGB diffuser that runs the length of the module. This should help properly diffuse the RGB LEDs below it. There is also a HyperX logo on the diffuser so people know that you are rocking HyperX memory.
The diffuser at the top of the memory does add a little height to these modules, but at only 41.24 mm tall you really shouldn’t run into any clearance issues.
