A Look Inside
Opening the case up and getting inside we can see there is a pretty open layout. This has been a common thing as many new cases are really getting rid of 5.25-inch drive bays.

At the front of the case you can see the three 120 mm LUM Blue LED intake fans. There is a lot of room up front so you can easily install a 360 mm radiator here. The power supply cover cuts off at the front to allow for thicker radiators to be installed as well.

Talking about the power supply cover it runs almost the entire length of the case, of course minus the front part. We find an interesting thing pre-installed on it, a pump mount. These are not typically included with cases, it is a nice add-on to have if you plan on doing your own custom loop, but it sort of pointless if you are air-cooling or running an AiO. There is also a large cut-out in the power supply cover to run your PCI-Express cables.

Since the case is pretty open you actually have room inside for motherboards up to E-ATX. You don’t often find that in mid-towers. You can see there is plenty of large cable routing holes as well as a large CPU cutout in the motherboard tray. There is also a large plastic section that is made to cover some of your cables and even support heavier graphics cards.

Of course at the top of the case you have room for even more cooling. As we mentioned you can fit three 120 mm or two 140 mm fans up here as well as watercooling radiators up to 360 mm.

Taking the back side panel off the case we can see how the rest of the case is designed. The first thing I noticed when I took the side panel off the case was the included fan controller. This controller supports up to six fans and allows you to connect them to your motherboard for PWM control. There is a small switch in the center that changes the mode from PWM to DC.

There are three 2.5-inch hard drive trays on the backside of the motherboard tray. These are removable by a thumbscrew for easy installation of your solid state drives.

The bottom of the case houses your power supply and a hard drive cage. The hard drive cage has two plastic removable hard drive trays. These trays support both 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch hard drives.
