Sapphire’s upcoming Radeon RX 5500 XT NITRO+ Special Edition graphics cards has been spotted and is up for pre-order on Amazon with availability set for December 12th. This NITRO+ Special Edition is designed very much like the Sapphire’s RX 5700 XT NITRO+ Special Edition so you get the ARGB fans and we can expect this card to have a nice overclock.
One thing that is rather interesting is that taking a look at the back of the card we do have a full backplate, but we can see that the PCB of the card is actually quite short. The heatsink with its heatpipes and second cooling fan extend far past the actual PCB of the card.
A single 8-pin PCI-Express power connector is spotted towards the center of the card (or at the end of the actual PCB). Display outputs include two DisplayPort and two HDMI. Amazon has the card listed for $259.
