NZXT Phantom 630 Case Review

Not that long ago we took a look at NZXT’s Phantom 820 case. This case took the best parts of NZXT’s original Phantom and combined them with the best parts of their own Switch 810 case. We loved the case and even gave it our Recommended Award. With a pricetag of $249.99 the Phantom 820 may be a little too expensive for some people. At CES we were shown the Phantom 630, which seemed to be like the little brother to the Phantom 820. While NZXT explained that this is a less expensive Phantom it has a lot of new features that are not in the 820. Some of these features include dual SSD mounts behind the motherboard tray, three included 200mm fans, three removable hard drive cages, and a new motherboard tray design. Can NZXT release a new Phantom this soon and still impress? Read on as we find out...

NZXT Phantom 820 Case Review

NZXT’s Phantom case really brought NZXT into the spotlight. The case was just awesome, a unique design, built in fan controller and much more. The case became so popular we saw many custom PC makers using it and component companies using it to demo their products. Since its release it is now available in red and even pink and NZXT released a value version of the case (Phanton 410). The big surprise from NZXT this year was the Switch 810. Another full tower case that again became a leader in the case market. Now just in time for the holidays we have what would happen if you took the best features from the Switch 810 and Phantom and put them into one case. The case is the Phantom 820 and it features 4 included cooling fans, integrated HUE lighting system, 4 channel digital fan controller, removable hard drive cages, USB 3.0 support and much more. Read on as we take a look at this case!

[Updated] Micro Center Details NZXT’s New Phantom Case

A tip was sent into us that on Micro Center's Facebook they had announced a contest with the new NXZT Phantom Gaming Case pictured. As soon as we took a look at the post it was taken down, but we did manage to get a screenshot. The new case from NZXT will be called the Phantom 820. It will be black, although I would suspect them to offer it in white as well. The case does look very similar to the original Phantom with a different sort of "V" shape for the side panel window. Very interesting as this comes 10 days before the official launch of the product.

CES 2012: NZXT

NZXT had 2 really awesome cases to show us at CES this year. The first one we cannot talk about because it is under NDA until the 17th (stay tuned for a video of that!), but the other case we can talk about and it is the Phantom 410, which is the little brother of the original Phantom. Read on as we get an in-depth overview of the new NZXT Phantom 410 Case!

NZXT Phantom Enthusiast Steel Full Tower Chassis Review

The Phantom, NZXTs most elegant case to date, was unveiled not that long ago on July 28, 2010. It offers a unique and powerful design for enthusiasts. A complete black (also available in red and white) finish, both inside and out, is complemented by a piano black finish found on the top and front bezel. The case offers plenty of cooling options, support for the latest and greatest hardware, an easy installation, and many other advanced features.
