It seems like every year we see case mods get better and better! 2024 was no exception to that with some amazing builds! Not only are these builders extremely talented, but they give us inspiration for our next build. Each week we feature a mod or build that has been completed in the community in our Case Mod Friday section. Going through all of the builds from the past year we have picked out a few that really caught our eye! Without further ado here are our picks for the best case mods of 2024! In no particular order of course!
AK Mod’s Zero Gravity Build
This was one of my favorite builds of the year! Making use of Sinister Cases full size ATX minimalist chassis this build really lives up to its namesake by suspending each piece of hardware from a different section of the case. The color choice and soft tubing really bring this whole build together, even the small screen looks amazing on this! Be sure to check out our full feature on AK Mod’s Zero Gravity build!
Mark’s Fabrication’s Sentinel Cypher

Each year we see some builds that look like they are out of a movie and the one that really stood out to me this year was the Sentinel Cypher build from Mark’s Fabrication. Sentinel Cypher is made to look like some sort of post-apocalyptic terminal and he really nailed it! The craftsmanship and attention to detail here is great! The keyboard even looks like its been through a war! Be sure to check out our full feature on Mark’s Fabrication’s Sentinel Cypher build!
Billet Labs’ The Toaster
Sometimes we see builds that defy what we think is possible when it comes to PC build and this next build is one of those! Bittet Labs was able to pack in an RTX 4090 as well as a 14900K into a 13L chassis, on top of that they were able to water cool it all! This is incredible and looking for sure took a lot of planning! Be sure to check out our full feature on Billet Labs’ The Toaster build!
GGF’s Intel 14900KS Launch Build
I feel like each year when I am doing this list I always seem to include a build from GGF. The clean and sophisticated style of his builds always catches my attention. The Intel 14900KS Launch Build really exemplifies this style. Done inside the Singularity Spectre 4 Aevum chassis with frosted tubing, and a custom screen you have to love this build! Be sure to check out our full feature on GGF’s Intel 14900KS Launch build!
Minibotpc’s BlackOut Build
What if you took a transformer and mixed it with an engine block? This is essentially what you have here with Minibotpc’s BlackOut build. It is sort of hard to explain this build, but once you look at it you’ll see why I think it’s a mix of both. I also really love the black and red theme to this one! Be sure to check out our full feature on Minibotpc’s BlackOut build!
