Viotek SUW49DA Overview
The Viotek SUW49DA is one big, or rather long monitor! The official dimension are 1178.4 × 466.02 × 240.18mm so be sure that you’ll have a desk large enough for the monitor. The monitor itself has a black design, Viotek has gone with a very thin bezel design so both the sides and top bezel are extremely thin. The display features an 1800R curve, which I feel is pretty adequate for a large screen like this.
The bottom bezel of the monitor is larger and features the Viotek logo in the center. Right below that you have a little command center which houses the receiver for the remote, activity LEDs, and has 5 buttons.
The stand that comes with the monitor is actually different than others that I’ve seen. It is a single pole which then has a base that is in a “T” shape. This “T” shape will take up less real estate on your desk, which is nice. The stand has a large hole towards the bottom to easily route your cables.
The stand allows for vertical adjustment. At its highest point the screen can be lifted 200 mm off the ground. At its lowest point the screen can be moved down to only 107 mm off the ground. The sand also offers swivel and tilt (5/-15 degrees) functionality as well.
On the back of the monitor there is a small Viotek logo towards the top of the display. All of your connections are behind a small removable door. As far as connections go you have power, USB (only for monitor updates), two HDMI, two DisplayPort, and 3.5mm audio.
