First Looks
Of the variety of colors available, I chose orange. It also comes in purple, blue, green, black, red, pink, and silver. It’s a squat device, approximately three inches tall when expanded, and a little less than two inches when collapsed. The X-mini logo is on the top on a speaker grill of sorts, protecting the cone and the basket from harm.
The controls and ports are on the bottom of the device. A simple power switch is there, as well as a volume port, an audio out port, and a micro USB port for charging and audio in. The bottom has a coilable, built-in audio in cable, some rubber feet, and a blue LED for power status.
The audio out port can supply audio to another speaker. The intention is to daisy chain a gaggle of these UNO speakers to make for even bolder sound. This is called the “Buddy Jack” system.
