The first real images of the commemorative 50th anniversary Ryzen 7 2700X has been posted by VideoCardz. They show that the processors itself will have an AMD 50 logo on the IHS as well as a laser-etched signature of AMD President and CEO Lisa Su.
The processor will also come in special “AMD 50” packaging, but it appears the chip will have the same clocks as the normal Ryzen 7 2700X, so don’t expect a higher binned CPU or anything like that. Expect this processor to be announced April 29th.
