Acer FA200 Gen4 Solid State Drive Overview
The Acer FA200 is your typical M.2 2280 (80mm) drive. This is a drive that does not come with a larger heatsink so we just have a green sticker on the main side that says Acer on it. Now this is not just a normal sticker, but a graphene pad to help with thermal distribution.
This is a single-sided drive so the opposite side is just going to have a sticker on it that lets us know the capacity, model number, and serial number.
Under the hood of this drive is the Maxiotek MAP1602A controller and well as four YMTC 232-layer QLC NAND flash chips. This is a DRAMless design so we do not have a cache chip.
