Their ROG Stix G16 has been one of their most popular models and today we are going to be checking it out. This is the 2025 version of the laptop and the AMD variant. So we have an AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D processor, NVIDIA RTX 5070 Ti laptop GPU, 32GB of DDR5-5600 memory, an ROG Nebula 16-inch 2560 x 1600 240 Hz IPS display, 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD, a very sleek design in a 5.51lb package which is not super-heavy to take with you on the go. The ROG Strix G16 (2025) Gaming Laptop comes in a pretty standard retail box. On the front it says STRIX really big and lets us know we do have an ROG Strix G laptop. On the back there is a small sticker that lets us know all of our specifications. If you are wondering, we do have the “G614FR” model.
Getting everything out of the box we find the Strix G16 laptop itself, the power adapter, power cable, and a user’s guide. For those wondering, the power adapter is a 280W adapter.
