AMD Has Confirmed Ryzen 7000 is Launching this Quarter

AMD’s CEO Dr. Lisa Su has confirmed that the Ryzen 7000 series will be launching this quarter during AMD’s Q2 earnings call. She stated, “Looking ahead, we’re on track to launch our all-new 5nm Ryzen 7000 desktop processors and AM5 platforms later this quarter with leadership performance in gaming and content creation,”

Previously it was stated that the launch date would fall during ‘this fall’, but now it’s been clarified that it has been narrowed down to exact September. Rumors are already circulating that AMD will reveal the Ryzen 7000 series on the 15th of September, with the actual launch later the same month.

This week, AMD will also be shedding some more light on the X670E motherboard designs. The company’s Meet The Expert event has been organized particularly for enthusiasts and professionals. During the event, representatives from major board partners will be talking about the AMD 600-series motherboards for Ryzen 7000 series.

Moreover, AMD’s CEO has also confirmed that the Radeon RX 7000 series will launch ‘later this year, meaning there will be no delays hopefully.
