AMD Radeon RX 5950 XT, RX 5950, and 5800 XT Show up at the ECC

Four new Radeon RX 5000-series SKU’s have been revealed as AIB partner AFOX has pushed them to regulators at the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). These new SKUs include the Radeon RX 5800 XT, RX 5900, RX 5950, and RX 5950 XT. Based on AMD’s naming scheme for the RX 5000 series we can assume that the RX 5800 XT will be a step above the RX 5700 XT that was launched last year. This card could offer 1440p high frame-rate AAA performance. It could compete directly with NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 2070 Super.

Now that RX 5950 series is something new. This could very well be the large “Navi” chip we’ve been hearing rumors about, especially since dual-GPU solutions are dead. AMD could carve out three SKUs from this silicon, much like they did with the RX 5700 XT, RX 5700, and RX 5600 XT. This RX 5900 series could compete with NVIDIA’s RTX 2080 or even the RTX 2080 Super.
