We sort of got a glimpse of this card at Computex earlier this year when ASRock said it was a prototype. But it appears that “Taichi” graphics cards from ASRock will be a thing and the first will be the Radeon RX 5700 XT Taichi OC+.
Taking a look at the card it has a sort of gold shroud with a triple-fan cooling solution where the center fan has some pretty cool RGB lighting around it. It also looks like the center fan is smaller than the two outside fans. The center fan says “Taichi”.
Flipping over to the back the card has a full-cover metal backplate which has the cool “clockwork” designs that we really enjoy on their Taichi motherboards.
One really interesting thing about this card is that the display outputs include four DisplayPort and two HDMI. ASRock could be targeting virtual reality gamers or people looking for multi-monitor connectivity. The card is also 2.5 slots.
No word yet on official clocks, but being an “OC+” card expect it to come with a nice factory overclock. The card is expected to hit shelves soon…
