ASRock Shows Off Concept AMD Radeon RX 5000 Navi Graphics Cards

At Computex ASRock was showing off concept graphics cards for AMD’s upcoming Radeon RX 5000 Navi graphics cards. They had three models on display, two of which are part of their Phantom Gaming Series and a third that is part of the Taichi line, the first time we’ve seen a Taichi graphics card from ASRock.

Keep in mind these are very early concepts, but it appears that ASRock would tier these card with the Taichi being more for the mainstream and the Phantom Gaming would be for both the high-end and mainstream.

ASRock Phantom Gaming Radeon RX 5000 Cards

Starting with the two Phantom Gaming cards, they both have a triple-fan cooling solution. The first card (concept #1) will have black fans and a few RGB elements on the on the front. While concept #2 has clear fan blades with RGB lighting illuminating them as well as RGB elements on the shroud. Both card feature a full-cover backplate with RGB lighting.

ASRock Taichi Radeon RX 5000 Card

The Taichi card also has a triple fan design, but the center fan is smaller than the other two fans. There are also RGB elements around the center fan. The back of this card also has a full-cover backplate with an ASRock logo and a sort of circular RGB design.

Radeon RX 5000 – Two SKUs With 180W and 150W TDPs

While we are expecting more details on Navi at E3 2019, some details on these cards were revealed. The AMD Radeon RX 5000 series will have two variants, a 180W TDP model with a 225W TBP (Total Board Power) and a 150W TDP model with a 180W TBP (Total Board Power).
