As far as RGB lighting goes on the board you have lighting on the chipset heatsink, and along the front edge of the board. The lighting on the chipset heatsink will likely be covered up by your graphics card though.
You can use ASRock’s App Shop to download all of your drivers and software for the X670E Taichi.
ASRock’s motherboard utility is called A-Tuning. Opening up on the first screen you can select a operation mode.
Next is the OC Tweaker tab where you can do all of your system tuning.
Next is System Info which gives you a live view of all of your frequencies, ratios, temperatures, and voltages.
Finally there is FAN-Tastic tuning which allows you to tune and set custom fan curves for each fan connected to your system.
