It looks like ASUS will be ready to launch their custom Radeon RX 5700 XT graphics cards in the second week of August. Pictures have leaked online of their Republic of Gamers Strix OC card as well as the TUF Gaming X3 card. Starting with the RX 5700 XT ROG Strix it features a custom-designed PCB with a beefy VRM that draws power from two 8-pin PCI-Express power connectors. It has ASUS’s premium DirectCU III cooling solution, which combines an aluminum fin-stack heatsink with three AxialTech fans.

The ROG Strix RX 5700 XT will also offer a dual-BIOS, idle fan stop, one-touch RGG-off toggle, power supply fault LEDs, voltage measurement points, and an additional 4-pin PWM case header, which you can sync up your fans to the graphics cards cooling. Addressable RGB elements are on the shroud, full-cover backplate, and top.

ASUS will be preparing both a RX 5700 and RX 5700 XT TUF Gaming X3. These cards will feature a slightly lighter aluminum fin stack, but will be ventilated by three fans and will have a full-cover backplate. We don’t expect to see all of the high-end features that the Strix card has, but both should ship with factory overclocks.
