Ballistix Tactical Tracer RGB Overview
This is a 32GB (4 x 8GB) kit so we have four DDR4 DIMMS. I have to say that these are some of the best looking modules I’ve seen from Ballistix in a while.
Ballistix has gone with a two piece, two tone design on the heatspreaders. The outer part has a gunmetal heatspreader with the Ballistix logo in the center and a small tactical logo in the top left corner. Under that you have a dark green heatspreader, which just looks awesome under the gunmetal. You of course have a black PCB under it all.
Flipping over to the back there are a couple of stickers on the back of each module. These let you know the model number, etc. Again this is the BLT4K8G4D26BFT4K kit which is a 32GB (4 x 8GB) kit running at 2666 MHz with timings of 16-18-18-38 at 1.2V.
On the top of each module are your RGB LEDs, which sit under a diffuser with the Ballistix logo right in the center. There are 16 RGB LEDs, which are in 8 different controllable zone. Ballistix does include the 3D Printer files for the diffuser bar so you can print your own customized one!
