CM Storm Scout 2 Overview
For all those that enjoy video we have done a full video overview of the Scout 2. Check it out below.
The Scout 2 is a mid tower case and has the official dimensions of 230 x 513 x 517.5mm. We received the black version of the case, but it also comes in gunmetal grey and ghost white. The case itself is made up of polymer and steel.

Starting on the front of the case you notice that it is all mesh, which not only looks good but also allows for great airflow. There are three 5.25-inch drive bays. Behind the mesh section you have room for two 120 / 140mm fans.

At the top of the case you have your controls and connections. As far as controls go from left to right you have LED on/off, power and reset. All of the connections are in a compartment that easily opens up. When you open it up you have microphone and headphone jacks, two USB 3.0 ports and two USB 2.0 ports.

At the top of the case there is a large steel reinforced handle. This handle has a rubber coating on it is comfortable when you are actually carrying the case around. At the top of the case there is a honeycomb / mesh section where you can install two 120mm fans.

The side panel of the case features a window and mountings for two 120mm fans. The window is actually pretty large and is smoked to give a darker look inside your case.

On the back of the case there are two watercooling holes at the top. Below that you have the only fan included in the case, it is a 120mm red LED fan. Of course your power supply is going to be mounted at the bottom of the case and there is a small removable filter at the bottom.
