CyberPower Gamer Xtreme XT Gaming System Review

Testing – Gaming
For game testing I decided on 4 recent titles, they include Crysis Warhead, Call of Juarez, PT Boats, and FarCry 2. All are DirectX10 games. As I said before we did not have a comparable system so I did 2 different tests per game.

Call of Juarez – I used the standalone performance test, the resolution was set at 1680 X 1050 and I first ran it on Balanced settings, then on High settings.

PT Boats: Knights of the Sea – I also used the standalone performance test for this one as well and ran it at 1680 X 1050. The first test was done at Medium settings and the second was done at High settings.

Crysis Warhead – For Crysis Warhead I used the HardwareOC Crysis Warhead Benchmark. I had the resolution set at 1680 X 1050 and the first test was run on high and the second was run on very high.

Finally FarCry 2, the newest game out of them all. I used the benchmark tool that comes with the game and the default “Run1”. Resolution was set at 1680 X 1050 and the first test was run at Optimal settings and the second at Ultra High settings.

A good friend of mine and I also played Crysis Warhead and FarCry 2 for a good 4 hours each with maxed out settings and both games ran smoothly, not problems at all!
