EK-Nucleus AIO CR360 Lux D-RGB Liquid CPU Cooler Review

Final Thoughts

Like I said at the start of this review, it’s a new year, and I think EKWB did a great job starting the year off right. The EK-Nucleus AIO CR360 Lux D-RGB made a great first impression with it’s premium packaging and unboxing, and the attention to detail with the included installation accessories. This attention to detail can really boost the confidence of a new builder by not just overwhelming them with a jumble of plastic bags filled with bits and bobbles. This touch of organization is much appreciated.

Moving on to the cooler itself, there are a lot of features here and there that really impressed me. First off was the extra attention to detail on the radiator with the nice brushed aluminum trim plates and updated tubing housing. The included fans with their daisy-chain connectivity really simplifies the previously nauseating task of managing a tangled web of power and lighting cables during installation. They look pretty good when lit up, and did just fine moving air through the radiator to keep our CPU cooled.

Another welcome update is the new mounting locations for the on-pump rotary fittings. The side-by-side setup is much easier to work with than the previous layout, and the additional visual attention given to them adds a few points in my book. The ability to adjust the orientation of the pump’s top cover so that it matches your install is a welcome feature, and EK has made that process super simple with their mounting and connectivity solution. All lit up the pump housing has a somewhat unique ring of light look, and I really like that the EK logo is also illuminated.

Performance-wise the idle temperatures of the CR360 sit right in the middle of our review pack, and the same goes for the load testing. Currently available at our favorite online retailer for $189.99, the EKWB EK Nucleus AIO CR360 Lux D-RGB has a price point that matches up with many other coolers with similar feature sets; A/D-RGB lighting and fans, good build quality, and brand recognition and reliability. Fit and finish are great, and sometimes being surrounded by your competition is a good thing that will make you strive to get ahead of them on your next attempt. The EKWB EK Nucleus AIO CR360 Lux D-RGB earns an 8 out of 10.
