AMD’s Ryzen processors have always been a good value, not only for their performance, but also the fact that they come with a cooler. With second generation Ryzen only the top SKU, the Ryzen 7 2700X came with AMD’s flagship cooler, the Wraith Prism RGB. Well with the Ryzen 3000 series AMD is bringing even more value by shipping the cooler with every Ryzen 7 and Ryzen 9 CPU in the series.
This is great as the Wraith Prism is a great cooler and performs much better than AMD’s Wraith Spire, which would normally ship with the non-flagship parts. AMD has also partnered with Razer to make the RGB lighting on the cooler compatible with Razer Chroma so you can easily customize it and sync it with other Razer Chroma powered devices.
AMD will be releasing the Ryzen 3000 series on July 7th.
